One of the toughest parts of our job is testing new ice cream flavours. What shall I do today, paperwork or try ice cream? Let me just say that the paperwork can pile up a bit. This year our supplier Marshfield Farm launched Strawberries and Clotted Cream, we tried it, the children tried it and ………we loved it! We have been serving it at most of our events recently and it has been a big hit, sometimes even outselling the old favourite Vanilla. Next time you see us at an event come and try a cone, if we have any left.
